Through our student portal, each student has access to a personal profile to access, review, and correct any personal information at any time. We do confirm that we do not create student profiles for non-educational purposes using student data.
Data Retention
When students cancel their accounts, we will retain their personal information for 48 months after which all the information will be deleted from our system and it will not be possible to retrieve progress records.
Disclosure to third parties policy:
- We pledge to not collect, use, or share such information for any purposes beyond the authorized educational or school purposes, or as authorized by the student or parent. Any third party we share student data with will have privacy practices consistent with our privacy policy or with the Student Privacy Pledge.

- IdealQuran may need to update the privacy policy from time to time. When we do, we will post a notification on the main page of our Site and at the same time, we will email you the changes made to the Policy for a new consent to the privacy policy. You can write us an email if you disagree with the new policy or the changes we made at [email protected] and one of our CSR will be in touch with you within 24 hours. On your rejection, we will delete your student account and all of your personal data from our website right away.
