Ideal Quran Academy

To ensure transparency and a smooth learning experience for our students and families, the following terms apply to our 1 Month Free Trial.

1. Trial Duration & Class Length

• The 1 Month Free Trial consists of 30-minute classes per session.
• Classes are held Monday to Friday only (weekends excluded).
• The 1 Month Free Trial is offered once per student, subject to family eligibility limits.

2. Subjects Included & Excluded

Included in the 1 Month Free Trial:

• Arabic Qaida
• Quran Memorization (Hifdh)
• Quran Reading with Tajweed

Excluded from the 1 Month Free Trial (Paid Programs Only):

• Quran Translation / Tafsir
• Arabic Language
• Islamic Education / Islamic Studies

3. Class Format

• Classes during the 1 Month Free Trial are conducted on a one-to-one (private) basis unless stated otherwise.
• If multiple subjects are requested, they may be combined within the 30-minute session, where applicable.

4. Scheduling & Availability

• Class schedules are arranged based on teacher availability and time zones.
• Ideal Quran Academy reserves the right to reschedule classes due to technical or staffing reasons, with prior notice.

5. Attendance Policy

• Once the 1 Month Free Trial has started, it cannot be paused, stopped, transferred, or extended under any circumstances.
• The 1 Month Free Trial will automatically end after 30 Days from the start date, regardless of attendance, missed classes, holidays, travel, or personal reasons.
• Any unused or missed classes during the trial period will not be carried forward or compensated.
• Repeated no-shows may result in early termination of the trial.

6. Technical Requirements

• Students must have a stable internet connection, a Zoom account, and a suitable device.
• Ideal Quran Academy is not responsible for missed classes due to technical issues on the student’s side.

7. Teacher Assignment

• Teachers are assigned based on availability and suitability.
• Teacher changes during the 1 Month Free Trial are not guaranteed, though concerns may be reviewed.

8. No Financial Obligation

• The 1 Month Free Trial is completely free of charge, within the stated limits.
• There is no obligation to continue after the trial period.
• Fees apply only if the student chooses to enroll in paid classes.

9. Continuation After 1 Month Free Trial

• To continue classes, monthly fees must be paid before the next billing cycle.
• Class timings may be adjusted slightly when transitioning to paid classes.

10. Family Eligibility for 1 Month Free Trial

• The 1 Month Free Trial applies to up to two (2) students per family.
• For the third (3rd) student and onwards, a 1-week trial will be provided.
• After the 1-week trial, the full monthly fee will apply if classes are continued.

11. Code of Conduct

• Respectful behavior is required from students, parents, and teachers at all times.
• Any inappropriate conduct may result in immediate termination of the trial.

12. Right to Modify

• Ideal Quran Academy reserves the right to update or modify these terms to improve service quality and operations.
