1. Class Schedule & Attendance

Once your class schedule is confirmed, it must be followed consistently. Frequent schedule changes may disrupt the teacher’s availability and are therefore discouraged.

Any changes to class timings must be coordinated through the Administration Team. Please do not finalize schedules directly with teachers.

If a teacher is more than 5 minutes late, please notify the Administration Team immediately via WhatsApp. Failure to report the issue may result in the class being considered completed.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a class, please inform the Administration Team at least 1 hour before the scheduled class time. Classes missed without prior notice will be marked as absent and will not qualify for a makeup class.

Students who miss more than three consecutive classes without prior notice may have their enrollment suspended or cancelled without refund.

Makeup classes are only available when sufficient advance notice has been provided and are subject to teacher availability.

Leave exceeding five consecutive days is generally not eligible for makeup classes unless approved by the Administration Team.

Eid Holidays

Ideal Quran Academy observes official holidays for both Eid ul-Fitr and Eid ul-Adha.

The academy will remain closed for up to one week during Eid ul-Fitr and up to one week during Eid ul-Adha each year.

These holidays are included in the academy calendar and are considered paid holidays for teachers and staff.

Monthly fees remain unchanged during Eid holiday periods. No refunds, discounts, credits, extensions, or makeup classes will be provided for classes missed due to official Eid holidays.

2. Payments & Fees

Monthly fees are payable in advance, typically during the last week of the current month for the upcoming month.

Once monthly classes commence, full payment is due regardless of attendance, absences, or personal leave.

If payment remains outstanding for more than seven (7) days after the due date, classes may be suspended until payment is received.

To reserve a class slot with the same teacher during an extended break, full monthly payment may be required.

Annual fee adjustments of approximately 6–7% may be applied at the end of each Gregorian calendar year.

For all billing inquiries, please contact the Billing or Administration Department directly. Teachers are not authorized to discuss fees or payment arrangements.

3. Security & Privacy

Classes may be recorded periodically for quality assurance, training, and safeguarding purposes. If you have concerns regarding recordings, please contact the Administration Team.

For your safety and privacy, do not share personal information, including phone numbers, email addresses, social media accounts, payment information, or home addresses with teachers.

Teachers are strictly prohibited from requesting or sharing personal contact information. Any such incident should be reported to the Administration Team immediately.

Financial discussions, payment arrangements, refunds, or discounts must only be conducted through the Administration Team.

4. Teacher Assignment & Class Management

Ideal Quran Academy reserves the right to assign, replace, or change teachers whenever necessary for educational, operational, or scheduling reasons.

If a teacher resigns or becomes unavailable, the academy will assign another qualified teacher to ensure continuity of learning.

Students and parents should not maintain private educational arrangements with former teachers introduced through the academy.

If a student wishes to retain the same teacher after a break, payment may be required to reserve the teacher’s time slot.

5. Policy Updates

Ideal Quran Academy reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Updated policies will be published on the academy’s website and will become effective immediately upon publication.

Agreement

By registering with Ideal Quran Academy, students and parents acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

All fees paid to Ideal Quran Academy are non-refundable unless otherwise approved by management.

No refunds will be issued for missed classes, student absences, personal leave, vacations, or unused classes.

No refunds will be issued once monthly classes have commenced.

Students wishing to discontinue classes must notify the Administration Team before the next billing cycle.

Failure to provide notice may result in charges for the upcoming month.

If a student chooses to withdraw from the academy during an active billing period, any remaining classes within that period will be forfeited and are not eligible for a refund.

Refunds, credits, discounts, or fee adjustments will not be provided for official academy holidays, including Eid ul-Fitr and Eid ul-Adha breaks.

In exceptional circumstances, refund requests may be reviewed at the sole discretion of Ideal Quran Academy management.

7. Communication Policy

All official communication regarding schedules, payments, complaints, teacher changes, and academy policies must be conducted through the Administration Team.

Parents and students are expected to communicate respectfully with teachers, staff, and administrators at all times.

Any concerns regarding a teacher, class quality, attendance, or scheduling should be reported directly to the Administration Team for prompt resolution.

Teachers are not authorized to negotiate fees, refunds, discounts, makeup classes, or schedule changes without approval from the Administration Team.

8. Code of Conduct

Students are expected to maintain respectful and appropriate behavior during classes.

Repeated disruptive behavior, inappropriate language, harassment, or misconduct may result in suspension or termination of classes without refund.

Parents are requested to ensure that young students attend classes in a suitable learning environment free from distractions whenever possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

Ideal Quran Academy shall not be held responsible for interruptions caused by internet outages, power failures, device malfunctions, software issues, or circumstances beyond the academy’s reasonable control.

The academy will make reasonable efforts to reschedule classes affected by teacher-related issues whenever possible.

The academy’s total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount of fees paid for the current billing period.
